The 7th Annual Persons of the Year Awards were presented during the Denville Township School District’s Board of Education Meeting on Monday, May 20, 2024. Three district honorees received awards:
- Student of the Year - Riverview 3rd grade student Nathan Edwards
- Staff Member of the Year - Riverview Elementary School Annex Class Three Officer John Kerner.
- Community Member of the Year - Valleyview Mock Trial Club volunteer and donor, Attorney Timothy Ford, from the law firm of Einhorn Barbarito.
